At Rajam, we are committed to providing you with high-quality clothing. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we do provide a replacement in case of damaged or defective products.

1.⁠ ⁠Exchange Window

• Customers must raise a Exchange request within 2 days of delivery.
• Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.

2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Replacement

• Replacement is applicable only if:
• The product is damaged
• The product is defective
• A wrong item was delivered
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

3. Size Exchange:

• If the product was delivered correctly but the customer wishes to exchange it for a different size, we are happy to assist.
• However, in such cases, the customer will be responsible for both return and re-shipping charges of Rs.100.
• Requests for size exchange must be raised within 2 days of delivery, and the item should meet all the above conditions (unused, unwashed, with tags intact).

4.⁠ ⁠Non-Eligible Items

• No replacement is offered for reasons such as size, color variation, or change of mind.
• Products purchased on sale, discounts, or custom orders are not eligible for replacement unless damaged on arrival.

• Share your order details, unboxing video, and images of the issue.
• Once verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product. 
  The replaced product will be delivered by 10 to 15 days.

• We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
• Only replacement is offered as per this policy.
