1. Exchange Window
Customers must raise a Exchange request within 2 days of delivery.
Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Replacement
Replacement is applicable only if:
The product is damaged
The product is defective
A wrong item was delivered
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
3. Non-Eligible Items
No replacement is offered for reasons such as size, color variation, or change of mind.
Products purchased on sale, discounts, or custom orders are not eligible for replacement unless damaged on arrival.
