Exchange Policy
At Rajam, we are committed to providing you with high-quality clothing. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we do provide a replacement in case of damaged or defective products.
1. Exchange Window
Customers must raise a Exchange request within 2 days of delivery.
Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Replacement
Replacement is applicable only if:
The product is damaged
The product is defective
A wrong item was delivered
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
3. Size Exchange:
If the product was delivered correctly but the customer wishes to exchange it for a different size, we are happy to assist.
However, in such cases, the customer will be responsible forboth return and re-shipping charges of Rs.100.
Requests for size exchange must be raised within 2 days of delivery, and the item should meet all the above conditions (unused, unwashed, with tags intact).
4. Non-Eligible Items
No replacement is offered for reasons such as size, color variation, or change of mind.
Products purchased on sale, discounts, or custom orders are not eligible for replacement unless damaged on arrival.
